What this site
collects.

The booking form collects an email address, a phone number, and the topic you pick from the list. Nothing else is requested and nothing else is stored from that form.

Requests to this site are handled by Cloudflare, which logs them for security and abuse prevention in the ordinary way any host does. Your IP address is never stored in my own records in raw form. Where a request needs to be rate limited, it is identified by a one-way hash of the address and a secret, which cannot be reversed back into the address.

There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third-party tracker on this site. Nothing follows you off it.

To reply to you and to schedule a call. That is the only purpose. Your details are not added to a mailing list, not enriched against any database, and not shared with, sold to or passed on to anyone.

Enquiry records are deleted after 730 days. If we never spoke, or the conversation went nowhere, there is no reason for me to still be holding your phone number two years later.

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to katib@katibkhan.com and I will action it and confirm. There is no form and no process to go through.

This applies whatever jurisdiction you are writing from. I would rather just delete it than work out whether I am obliged to.
